A Harvest of History
The Farmers’ Museum in Cooperstown, NY has partnered with the National Gardening Association to produce a new interdisciplinary supplementary curriculum for 4th grade classrooms. Harvest of History uses the local landscape to inspire student-oriented and student-derived investigations into the history of New York State through the lens of agriculture. Teachers will be introduced to the project and preview the activities.
