An Ecosystems Approach to Learning
The science of ecology teaches us that all systems are interdependent, a model that applies to the learning environment as well as the natural world. Hands-on activities, live specimens, music and movement opportunities and environmental decision-making will be the elements of this workshop. Clearwater is a non-profit environmental organization based in the city of Poughkeepsie. The 106 foot replica of a Hudson River cargo sloop recently placed on the National Historic Registry sails from Albany to NYC.
