225th Anniversary of the Sullivan-Clinton Campaign
Two hundred and twenty-five years ago the Revolutionary War came to the central New York area. Come join seasoned teacher/re-enactors tell the story through rich primary source documents and myriad of teacher created lessons of the attempted destruction of the Iroquois Nation in 1779. Native re-enactors will share the story of what life was like during these trying times for the Iroquois. This session is a great opportunity to learn how to teach the American Revolution from various perspectives.
