Please note:

  • Current NYSHA/The Farmers’ Museum members receive a 15 percent discount.
  • Registration fees do not include lunch and dinner.
  • Preregistration must be received by NYSHA no later than October 18.
  • On-site registration begins at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday and Friday at the Main Barn of The Farmers’ Museum.

Workshop/Presentation Preferences

Because space is limited for some of the workshops and presentations, we highly recommend that you note your top two preferences for each session on the registration form on the next page. To do this, please write "1" and "2" next to the name of the presentation or workshop that most interests you for each morning and afternoon session.

Note. The 3-hour workshops are held only on Thursday morning.

Meals

Lunch will be served at the Louis C. Jones Center at The Farmers’ Museum. The Harvest Dinner will be served in Bump Tavern at The Farmers’ Museum.

  • Buffet Lunch, Thursday, October 20 (12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.). The cost is $12.
  • Harvest Dinner, Thursday, October 20 (7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.). Enjoy the bounty of the fall season! The cost is $20.
  • Buffet Lunch, Friday, October 21 (12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.). The cost is $12.

Conference participants are encouraged to make early reservations, as accommodations are limited during the fall tourist season.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing via postal mail or fax. Cancellations received after October 19, 2005, are not eligible for a refund, but a substitute may be sent—even at the last minute. Please fax any changes to NYSHA at 607.547.1468.
